Recently I wrote a blog post about me learning the difference between temperature and heat. Well now I am going to talk to you guys about the second heat lesson where we learned about the 3 most common types of matter on earth, Solids, Liquids, and gas. Solids are when the molecules are closely knit and barely moving. Liquids are when the molecules are moderately far apart and move a decent amount. And Gas are when there is a ton of space and the molecules move freely. the conversion from solid to liquid is called melting, Liquid to gas is evaporating, gas to liquid is condensation, liquid to solid is freezing, Solid to gas is sublimation and Gas to solid is Deposition.
